Delano kills any momentum the had forcing the Wildcats to a record of 5-3.
1st Period: The Cats started off pretty slow. Delano scored fairly early to kill any momentum that the Wildcats had. Delano was held to 1 goal until late in the first period. After the first period it was 2-0 Delano.
2nd Period: 11 seconds into the period Delano scored to again, kill any momentum the Wildcats had. Delano racked up 2 more goals including one that went off a facemask on the Waconia bench that should of been blown dead. The Cats got on the board on the powerplay. Zac Holm put a shot on net and the rebound went off Jack O'Brien and O'Brien tapped the puck over to Eli Bruellman. At the end of the second the score was 5-1 Delano.
3rd Period: Waconia couldn't buy a goal in the third period but Delano could and put two in to end the Cats and win 7-1. The Wildcats play tomorrow at home against the Minneapolis Novas @ 7.
