Game Recap: Waconia 2, Bloomington Kennedy 5.

The Waconia Wildcats fall to the Bloomington Kennedy Eagles in a game of bad bounces for the cats.

1st period: Again the Cats started off a bit slow. No action happened till half way through the first period when Jack O'Brien took a shot from the point, Ayden Rakos found the puck in between his skates and put the puck in the net. The cats would of walked out of the first period but allowed a goal with 6.5 seconds remaining in the first period.

2nd period: This period both teams came out a bit faster. There were many back and forth bounces for both teams but Kennedy scored first in the period scoring back door. They didn't have the lead for long. Waconia responded 4 minutes later when Louie Bodem put the puck on net and Chase Holcomb found the puck and put it in. After these two goals both teams couldn't find the back of the net for the rest of the period.

3rd Period: Both teams came out flying as the both wanted to leave this game with a W. Kennedy scored their first goal of the period from an own goal, which made Waconia lose a lot of their momentum. The cats got a very controversial 5 minute major during the last 7 minutes of the game which didn't allow them to get many scoring opportunities to have a late game comeback.

Record: 5-2-0
